Responsibilities

• Own the culinary vision for The Championships’ Hospitality operation, creating innovative menus and standout dining concepts.
• Lead the full culinary journey from menu development to live event delivery and post-event review.
• Develop recipes, flavour profiles and compelling descriptions for plates.
• Champion seasonality and sustainability, sourcing quality ingredients locally.
• Optimise menus, stock levels and waste using data and insight.
• Create production schedules balancing quality, time, storage and cost.
• Maintain exceptional standards with the right equipment and resources.
• Benchmark guest feedback and industry trends to evolve the offer.
• Lead by example during The Championships, ensuring top food quality and presentation.
• Inspire teams and deliver through collaborative projects and continuous improvement.
