Hallmark Luxury Care Homes in Cardiff is seeking a Head Chef to lead the dining experience at Regency House. You will design seasonal menus, work closely with residents and families, and manage a kitchen that delivers restaurant-quality meals with strong food safety standards.

The role offers autonomy over menus, leadership of a small kitchen team, and a supportive, family-run environment with a focus on resident wellbeing.

Competenze

• City & Guilds, NVQ, SVQ or equivalent culinary qualification.
• Previous Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef experience.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Experience creating menus with fresh seasonal ingredients.
• Knowledge of nutrition and dietary requirements.
• Sound understanding of HACCP and food safety regulations.
• Excellent organisational and budget management skills.
• Warm, personable approach and passion for resident wellbeing.
