Juice Hospitality Ltd is recruiting an experienced and passionate Head Chef for a beautiful, independently operated country house hotel in a spectacular rural setting. You will take ownership of a varied food operation, delivering memorable dining experiences using exceptional seasonal produce.

The successful candidate will combine creative menu development with strong kitchen leadership and commercial awareness, in a hands-on role that drives quality and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as Head Chef or Sous Chef ready to step up
• Background in quality hotels, country house properties or restaurants
• Passion for seasonal cooking and fresh produce
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Sound financial and commercial awareness
• Creativity, consistency and attention to detail
• Hands-on kitchen management style
• Ability to thrive in a rural hospitality environment

Responsabilités

• Take full responsibility for the daily running of the kitchen
• Develop creative, seasonal menus showcasing fresh, locally sourced ingredients
• Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
• Lead, motivate and develop the kitchen brigade
• Manage food costs, stock control, purchasing and wastage
• Build strong relationships with quality local suppliers
• Maintain excellent food hygiene, allergen and health and safety standards
• Oversee kitchen rotas and staffing requirements
• Collaborate with management to enhance the guest dining experience
