You will run the kitchen with creativity and precision, manage finances, menus, staff development, supplier relations, and ensure the highest standards across weddings, banquets and daily service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience running a high-standard kitchen in boutique/hotel or fine dining.
• Ability to design seasonal menus reflecting local Norfolk produce.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and staff development skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver seasonal, high-quality menus reflecting local produce.
• Lead day-to-day kitchen operations across all services and events.
• Manage finances, stock, compliance and health & safety.
• Recruit, train and mentor a small brigade of chefs.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers to champion local ingredients.
