Qualifications

• Professional chef qualification or equivalent experience.
• Current Level 3 Food Hygiene and H&S COSHH certification.
• GCSEs in English and Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee kitchen operations and coordinate chefs to deliver high-quality food.
• Develop seasonal menus using local ingredients and ensure financial viability.
• Manage ordering and inventory of ingredients.
• Train and mentor chefs and apprentices.
• Ensure safety, health, and hygiene standards and prepare for inspections.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and gather feedback.
• Monitor quality and efficiency of service.
