Qualifikationen

• Leadership and kitchen management experience in a quality-led kitchen.
• Ability to design and evolve menus while maintaining consistency.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and HACCP principles.

Aufgaben

• Take creative ownership of the kitchen and develop seasonal dishes.
• Build and adapt breakfast, steak nights, à la carte and Sunday lunch offerings.
• Manage stock, ordering and food costs effectively.
• Lead, motivate and develop the kitchen team.
• Establish and maintain strong supplier relationships and sustainability practices.
• Ensure high standards of plating, flavour and presentation.
