Colten Care’s Ember Inns division seeks a Head Chef to lead a busy kitchen, delivering high standards and tasty branded dishes. You’ll drive a motivated team and manage operations to maintain quality and cost controls.

Join Ember Inns at The Ancient Oak and help create a welcoming pub dining experience with a strong emphasis on seasonal menus, training, and growth opportunities. A quarterly bonus scheme accompanies the role.
