• Experience in rosette-level or premium restaurant environment desirable.
• Open to relocation to Scotland (or already based in Scotland).

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Head Chef to lead the flagship restaurant of a prestigious Scottish restaurant group, with genuine progression to a major new opening.

The Role

We are seeking a Head Chef to lead the kitchen at the flagship restaurant of a prestigious, independently owned Scottish group. This is a high:volume, fast:paced role within a well:respected organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for all kitchen operations, menu development, team leadership, and driving the restaurant towards Rosette accreditation. For the right person, there is a genuine opportunity to progress to a key role in a major new opening in Edinburgh within 6:9 months.

The Restaurant

• Flagship site of a prestigious Scottish restaurant group.
• 160 covers, 500+ covers on a busy Saturday.
• Weekly sales: circa A GBP 150k.
• Open kitchen with Josper grill.
• 2 private dining rooms (36 and 50 covers).
• Fresh food, butchery in:house, fish portioned on site.
• Semi:open kitchen with prep kitchen at the back.
• Working towards Rosette accreditation.

The Head Chef Role
