Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the kitchen team of 12–15 chefs.
• Drive consistency, food quality, and service standards.
• Oversee ordering, stock control, food safety and compliance.
• Coach, train and develop junior chefs.
• Apply stems and SOPs to daily operations.
• Collaborate with Head of Food and the group on delivery.
• Contribute to menu development with input from the team.
• Manage kitchen GP, labour, and wastage.
