Job summary

EGO Bromsgrove, part of Mitchells & Butlers plc, is seeking a Head Chef to lead the kitchen and inspire the team to deliver dishes of the highest standard. You will manage all kitchen areas, drive quality, and ensure guests keep returning for more.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team to deliver high quality dishes.
• Proven ability to manage food ordering, stock and costs.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a busy kitchen.
