• IT skills using digital tools (Chromebook) and team management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and develop the kitchen and catering team.
• Oversee daily preparation, cooking and dispatch of meals across multiple sites.
• Ensure nutritionally balanced, compliant menus and cater to dietary needs.
• Assist in delivering a catering strategy and manage cashless catering systems.
• Maintain high hygiene and safety standards per HACCP and COSHH.
