Job summary

BaxterStorey UK is seeking a skilled Head Chef in Milton Keynes to lead and inspire culinary teams across our retail and hospitality environments. The role is Monday to Friday with a competitive salary up to £43,000 and a strong development culture that values creativity, training and exceptional service.

You will drive quality, manage budgets, mentor staff and build positive relationships with clients and stakeholders, while upholding BaxterStorey standards and core values.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Head Chef or similar role.
• Passion for food and creating experiences.
• Experience managing, training, and supporting a team.
• Financially minded with budgeting and commercial performance.
• Excellent coaching, delegation, and influencing skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
