BaxterStorey is looking for an exceptional Head Chef to lead our culinary team in Milton Keynes, setting new standards for workplace hospitality. You will oversee all kitchen operations, mentor staff, and ensure outstanding food quality and service, while driving commercial performance.

You will manage budgets, collaborate with clients, and uphold health and safety standards in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working as a Head Chef or similar role.
• Financially astute with budgeting and cost control experience.
• Strong leadership and ability to train, develop and mentor a team.
• Excellent coaching, delegation and influencing skills.
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication.
