Job summary

Westacres in Wolverhampton is seeking a Head Chef to lead our kitchen, inspire the team and ensure every dish leaving the pass meets the highest standards. You’ll drive menus, train staff and uphold exceptional guest experiences.

The opportunity includes optional onsite accommodation (3 bedrooms) and a benefits package featuring a pension, 25 days’ paid holiday, discounted dining across our brands and health and dental plans.

Qualifications

• Experience as Head Chef or in a similar lead role in a pub/restaurant setting.
• Strong knowledge of health and hygiene regulations and food safety practices.
• Ability to train and develop kitchen staff to high standards.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire your team to consistently deliver high-quality food.
• Drive sales and guest satisfaction by meeting targets with your team.
• Kitchen management including food ordering, stock control and cost efficiency.
• Work with a branded menu and ensure compliance with brand standards.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety and hygiene regulations.
