Qualifications

• Head Chef with proven experience in leading a busy kitchen.
• Strong menu planning, costing and pricing expertise.
• Full understanding of hygiene, allergen controls and health and safety.
• Experience in leading, mentoring and developing a kitchen team.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day kitchen operations in line with standards.
• Create seasonal menus, including costing, planning and pricing.
• Control food costs, stock levels and wastage to optimise profitability.
• Oversee hygiene, allergen procedures and safety within the kitchen.
• Maintain documentation, daily temperature checks and due diligence records.
• Lead, mentor and develop the kitchen team with performance management.
