The Cumberland in London is seeking a Head Chef to manage our busy kitchen operations across banquets, buffets, à la carte and staff meals. You will recruit, train and mentor a dedicated kitchen brigade, maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and presentation in a fast-paced hotel setting.

You'll foster an inclusive team culture, support career growth, and ensure all food safety and OH&S practices are strictly followed.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Cookery required.
• Experience in a multi-outlet kitchen.
• Knowledge of HACCP and OH&S regulations.
