Job summary

L’Eto Group is seeking a Head Chef to take full ownership of the kitchen at the Berkeley Square concept in Mayfair, London. You will lead the kitchen team, drive quality and consistency, and ensure strong operational and financial performance.

With responsibility from opening readiness to ongoing operations, you will recruit, train and develop the team, execute menus and manage food cost, labour, stock and waste while maintaining top standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Head Chef in a high-volume, premium hospitality setting.
• Strong leadership to recruit, develop and retain a top kitchen team.
• Excellent culinary knowledge with consistency in quality and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of kitchen operations from pre-opening through ongoing service.
• Lead, mentor and develop the kitchen team with structured training.
• Manage recipes, portion controls, allergens and kitchen systems.
• Control food cost, GP, labour, stock and waste to meet budgets.
• Ensure food hygiene, safety compliance and audit readiness.
• Collaborate with GM to deliver commercial and guest experience objectives.
