MAD restaurants, MOI & ALTA are seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen of our new L’ETO Bistro in Mayfair. You will drive pre-opening activities, recruit and train a top kitchen team, and ensure exceptional food quality and presentation.

You should have a hands-on leadership style, strong Mediterranean and European cuisine knowledge, and proven opening-experience. Salary £50,000–£65,000 per year plus bonuses and benefits.

We are looking for an experienced, passionate and commercially minded Head Chef to lead the kitchen of our exciting new L’ETO Bistro opening in the heart of Mayfair.. Our concept combines modern European bistro cooking with Mediterranean and Italian influences, focusing on fresh seasonal ingredients, homemade pasta, quality produce and beautifully executed dishes..

What we’re looking for:

An experienced Head Chef with a strong background in quality-led restaurants, excellent knowledge of Mediterranean and European cuisine, proven leadership skills and a hands‑on approach.. Previous restaurant opening experience is highly desirable.
