Cosy Club Lincoln is hiring a Head Chef to lead the kitchen with passion and drive. You will cook from scratch, inspire a talented team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences across brunch, dinner and drinks.

In partnership with the General Manager, you will shape the atmosphere and deliver Cosy standards every day. We offer a competitive package with base up to £47k, plus tronc and a bonus, plus overtime and staff perks from day one.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team and delivering high standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the kitchen team and oversee all cooking operations.
• Cook from scratch and ensure Cosy standards across menus.
• Influence atmosphere and guest experience in partnership with the GM.
