Job summary

Cosy Club Oxford is seeking a Head Chef to lead a busy kitchen with passion and consistency. You will drive from-scratch cooking, coach the team, and collaborate with the General Manager to shape the dining experience for guests from brunch to dinner.

The role offers a base salary up to £50,000, a tronct between £7,500 and £9,500, and a bonus up to £5,000, plus overtime paid at your standard rate. We prioritise work-life balance with two days off per week and one weekend off every six weeks,

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team at a high-volume restaurant.
• Ability to mentor and coach chefs and kitchen staff.
• Strong focus on quality and consistency in cooking.

Responsibilities

• Master dishes that delight guests all day, every day.
• Influence atmosphere in the restaurant in partnership with the General Manager.
• Identify and nurture talent within the kitchen and drive development.
