Job summary

The Inn Collection Group is seeking a Head Chef for The Amble Inn, located on the southern gateway to Northumberland's coast. You will lead the kitchen team, craft menus, and drive exceptional dining experiences in a fast-paced inn environment.

You will take full responsibility for daily kitchen operations, manage supplier relationships, and ensure food, wastage, and wage targets are met while maintaining culinary excellence that keeps guests returning.
