Job summary

Ardencote Manor | Hiddenwell Luxury Wellness Retreat is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and deliver outstanding dining experiences for guests. You will own day-to-day operations, develop seasonal menus and drive commercial performance.

You will manage and mentor the brigade, set the pace in service, and collaborate with the Executive Chef to continually elevate our food offering while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of a kitchen brigade.
• Ability to develop seasonal menus reflecting brand and guest preferences.
• Strong grasp of food cost, wage costs, stock and KPI driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate kitchen brigade to deliver high-performance results.
• Set the pace during busy service and uphold high standards of quality and presentation.
• Develop seasonal menus with the Executive Chef and senior team.
• Control costs, stock, waste and supplier performance to meet financial targets.
• Oversee hygiene, HACCP and food safety documentation.
