Job summary

The Bell in Alderminster is seeking an experienced Head Chef to join our culinary team. You will lead menu development, kitchen management, and uphold high standards of food quality and presentation in a busy, premium fresh-food environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as head chef, chef manager, or kitchen manager in a high-volume, premium fresh-food environment.
• Proven ability to develop menus and manage stock, GP, and labour control.

• Collaborate with pub manager to drive business goals.
