You'll source seasonal ingredients and evolve the menu to celebrate local produce, seafood, and sharers, while maintaining premium quality in a busy premium pub environment.

The role emphasizes leading and developing a kitchen team, cost management, and hands-on participation in cooking and menu execution to drive growth and exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Inspire a team and lead by example while developing fresh seasonal menus.
• Experience as Head Chef or Sous Chef with a track record of quality service.
• Hands-on team player with excellent communication skills.
• Responsible for kitchen rota, training and health and safety management.
• Creative ability to design and deliver new dishes for menus and daily specials.
