Ad Warrior Ltd in Doncaster is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead our busy hotel and events kitchen. You will manage daily operations, drive quality across all food services, and mentor a talented kitchen team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

You will work closely with the Executive Head Chef, oversee menus, cost control, HACCP compliance, and ensure high standards across restaurant, weddings, conferences and banqueting.

Qualificações

• Experience leading a kitchen in a busy hotel, wedding venue or banqueting operation.
• Strong leadership with ability to develop a kitchen team.
• Commercial awareness including food costs, GP margins and labour control.
• Excellent knowledge of food safety, allergens and kitchen compliance.
• Organised and able to perform under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day operation of a busy hotel kitchen with Executive Head Chef.
• Lead, motivate, train and develop the kitchen team while maintaining high standards.
• Oversee food preparation and service for restaurant dining, weddings, conferences and banqueting.
• Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation and portion control across services.
• Plan and manage kitchen rotas, staffing levels and labour costs.
• Take responsibility for stock control, ordering, rotation and waste minimisation.
• Work with Head Chef to manage food costs, gross margins and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene, HACCP, allergen management and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with Food & Beverage and Events teams to deliver weddings and functions.
• Support menu development and seasonal promotions.
