Prezzo Italian in Ware is seeking a high-energy Head Chef to lead the kitchen, managing a team and delivering Italian classics with passion.

You’ll work 48 hours across 5 days, with hourly pay of £15.45–£17.51 plus tronc; the role offers perks and opportunities to grow within Brava brands.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a busy kitchen.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent food safety/HACCP standards and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of stock, waste, labour and kitchen costs for efficient operation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the kitchen team and ensure consistently great food.
• Manage stock, waste and costs to maximise profitability.
• Set and manage kitchen rota in partnership with the General Manager.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and food safety across the kitchen.
