Jubilee Talent is supporting Harrogate-based recruitment for a Head Chef/ Kitchen Manager role within a leading restaurant/pub group. The position focuses on leading a team, delivering exceptional food quality, driving sales and ensuring health & safety compliance.

You will manage kitchen operations, menu execution and staff training, with opportunities for progression across the company and a generous benefits package. Salary up to £40,000 with a KPI bonus.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in kitchen management.
• Experience in high-volume pub/restaurant environments.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety and food hygiene regulations.
