Jubilee Talent in Harrogate is recruiting for a Head Chef/Kitchen Manager to lead a busy kitchen within a leading pub/restaurant group. Salary up to £40,000 with a KPI bonus up to £4,000, plus extensive progression opportunities and paid for qualifications.

You will train and inspire your team, drive sales and guest satisfaction, manage food ordering, stock control and stock prep, work with a branded menu, and ensure health and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as Head Chef or readiness to step into Head Chef role.
• Ability to lead and inspire a kitchen team.
• Experience with kitchen management tasks: ordering, stock control, prep.
