Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct the kitchen team to deliver exceptional food.
• Drive sales and manage costs through responsible ordering.
• Ensure all aspects of food safety and health regulations are met.
• Manage rotas and scheduling according to business needs.
• Coach, train, and develop the team.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu development.
