We’re partnering with a critically acclaimed bistro known for its vibrant atmosphere, high-quality food, and loyal following. This is a rare opportunity for a Head Chef to take full creative control of a menu that changes weekly, backed by an Executive Chef for support.

The Bistro:
• Michelin Guide-listed, well-known site
• 50 covers + bar seats and open kitchen countertop service

• Closed Sundays + structured service (2-3 turns daily)
• Autonomy over menus + seasonal British produce focus

The Ideal Head Chef:
• Proven experience leading teams in high-quality bistro/restaurant kitchens
• Passion for French techniques and seasonal British ingredients
• Strong leadership – fosters collaboration and excellence
• Longevity in previous roles (min. 2+ years tenure preferred)
