Incipio Group Limited is seeking a visionary Head Chef to lead a premium kitchen in London. You will design elevated British menus, manage GP to budget, and ensure impeccable hygiene and service.

You will recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team while embedding Incipio values in every shift. This full-time role offers a strong compensation package and career growth as the business expands.

Formación

• Extensive head chef experience in elevated dining.
• Passion for British produce and seasonal menus.
• Strong leadership and communication with kitchen teams.
• Able to manage gross profit, stock, waste and ordering.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Food Team and GM to curate core and seasonal menus.
• Own GP to budget and manage stock, waste and purchasing.
• Maintain food hygiene and safety to highest standards.
• Control kitchen labour spend and rota planning to budget.
• Lead recruitment aligned with company guidelines and onboard talent.
• Conduct biannual team performance reviews and training initiatives.
• Engage with Incipio culture and values across the team.
