Qualifications

• Experience as Sous Chef or Head Chef with leadership responsibilities.
• Ability to coach and develop a kitchen team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the kitchen team, setting direction and expectations.
• Cook with quality, seasonal ingredients and from-scratch where possible.
• Drive consistency, high standards and 5-star hygiene across the kitchen.
• Inspire and motivate staff to deliver great guest experiences.
• Collaborate with managers to ensure smooth operational execution.
