We're looking for a Head Chef with the following qualifications:

• Experience in a multi-faceted operation
• Ability to manage 4 kitchens and a BOH team of 25
• Strong retail (cafe/restaurant) experience
• Experience in events
• Passionate about designing and creating bespoke menus
• Strong understanding of food, allergens, and health & safety regulations
• Passion for working with fresh, seasonal produce
