Young's Westgate, Winchester, is seeking a Head Chef for a popular pub renowned for fresh, seasonal food, cooked in-house. You will lead a hands-on kitchen, shape the food vision with the General Manager, and oversee menu writing and staff development.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen and managing a fresh food GP.
• Ability to develop and deliver menus written on site.

• Manage staff rota, training and health and safety compliance.
• Create and refresh menus and daily specials in partnership with the GM.
