You will manage a team of 10, drive training and development, and take financial responsibility for budgets and costs. The role is term-time only, 45 weeks per year, with Monday to Friday work.

Qualificações

• Must currently be at Head Chef level.
• Experience in independent education or contract catering.
• Experience in both retail and hospitality.
• DBS check is required.

I am currently looking for a Head Chef who has experience and a passion for working with fresh ingredients across both hospitality and retail.

My client is one of the leading Independent Education Caterer’s and are recruiting for a stunning day school in North London. The kitchen caters for 700+ people daily. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for a team of 10 staff ensuring training, development and management of the team. You will be financially responsible and able to manage budget and costs.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills/ knowledge

• Currently at Head Chef level
• Have a proven background within independent education or Contract Catering
• Experience in both retail and hospitality
• Hold a current DBS

Working predominantly Monday to Friday, across 45 weeks of the year.
