The role requires supervision of staff, robust budgeting, and strict adherence to food safety standards to deliver high-quality care-home cuisine. A degree in culinary arts plus 5 years of kitchen management is preferred.

This 40-hour week includes alternate weekends and early evenings, with a competitive salary and a strong emphasis on work-life balance.
