Silkwood Rose Care Home is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead our catering team and deliver nutritious, enjoyable meals for residents. You will plan menus, manage the kitchen, uphold hygiene standards and work closely with residents, families and the care team to meet dietary needs.

You will guide a small kitchen team, ensure safety and quality, control budgets and stock, and maintain a welcoming dining experience.

Competenze

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a care/hospitality setting.
• Must hold a valid Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 2 or above).
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, COSHH and Health & Safety requirements.
• Experience preparing meals for varied dietary, nutritional and cultural needs.
• Experience managing stock, food budgets and kitchen resources.
