We’re on the lookout for a Head Chef to take charge of the kitchen at a stunning hotel in Kent! This is a rare opportunity for a Head Chef in the area to lead a beautiful hotel located in a region already buzzing with tourism. We’re seeking an ambitious Head Chef who’s passionate about fresh food and crafting everything from scratch. If you’re driven to earn Rosettes, you’ll have the full support of the team and company behind you in a positive and encouraging environment.

There’s plenty of room to create alternative menus for events, with lots of creative freedom and fun in this role! If you’re a Head Chef in Kent looking for your next opportunity, this is definitely an amazing role to apply for and discuss.

Head Chef requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef fresh food restaurant, hotel or gastro pub.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire, train, and manage a brigade.
  • Passion for seasonal produce, modern British cuisine, and creative menu development.
  • Up to £50,000 + Bonus + Excellent Tronc Share
  • 45-Hour contract and minimal split shifts
  • Creative control and input into seasonal menus
  • Supportive ownership and clear progression opportunities
  • Team development, supplier trips, and regular food innovation sessions
