The Role:

As a Designate Head Chef, you will inspire your team to exceed guest expectations, maintaining high standards. You will coach and develop your team to perform at their best while driving performance and delivering excellent results.

Requirements:

• Prioritize cultivating a positive and inclusive work culture through emotional intelligence, inspiration, and effective delegation. Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to emerging leaders.
• Ensure every dish meets exceptional standards, fostering a commitment to guest experience and team skills development.
• Maintain impeccable food, health, and safety standards, understand financial aspects such as gross profit, stock control, and labor costs, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
• Build and nurture your team from recruitment through ongoing development, fostering personal and professional growth.
• Create an inclusive environment where team members feel respected and valued, enabling them to flourish.
• Be a forward-thinking problem solver, capable of quick decision-making.
