As a Designate Head Chef, you will inspire your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high standards and continuously coaching and developing your team to excel and achieve outstanding results.

About You:

• You prioritize creating a positive and inclusive work environment through emotional intelligence, inspiration, and effective delegation. You excel at training, coaching, and mentoring emerging leaders.
• You are committed to excellence in guest service, ensuring every dish meets high standards, and empowering your team with the necessary skills and mindset.
• You have experience in maintaining food safety, health and safety standards, and understanding financial aspects such as gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
• You focus on building and nurturing your team from recruitment through ongoing development, fostering both personal and professional growth.
• You care about creating an inclusive environment where your team feels respected and valued, enabling them to thrive in their roles and careers.
• You are a forward-thinking problem solver, able to think on your feet and make quick decisions.
