Exciting Opportunity: Head Chef at Southsea Brewpub

Join us at our Southsea Flagship Brewpub, which features a bar, restaurant, and extensive outside garden space, as our new Head Chef. This is a rare opportunity to lead our kitchen team in a vibrant and dynamic environment.

Role Purpose

As a Head Chef, you will be a leader in our kitchen, passionate about food and detail. Your role involves coaching and developing your team to deliver flawless service in a fun and supportive setting. You will manage food stock, ensure safety and hygiene regulations are followed, and take an active role in preparing and cooking menu items. There will also be creative opportunities to develop new dishes.
