Job summary

Greene King is seeking a Head Chef to lead a busy kitchen and ensure top standards across every dish. You’ll motivate and develop your team, maintain exceptional hygiene, and deliver quality meals during peak service.

You will manage a high-performing team, communicate clearly, and uphold safety and allergen controls while driving operational excellence in a pub & grill setting.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a busy kitchen.
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen.
• Keen eye for delivering tasty and well-presented meals.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely.
