£30,000 per annum | Wigan | Full-Time | Immediate Start

HELLO ORIENTAL is coming to Wigan, and we're looking for an experienced Head Chef to help us launch our exciting new Pan-Asian restaurant! This is a fantastic opportunity to join us from day one, take ownership of the kitchen and play a key role in making our newest restaurant a success.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading the kitchen team and keeping service running smoothly
• Preparing and delivering high-quality Pan-Asian dishes
• Setting kitchen standards from the very first day
• Managing food preparation, quality and consistency
• Keeping the kitchen organised, efficient and ready for busy service

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in an Asian / Oriental restaurant kitchen is essential
• Confidence leading a busy kitchen team
• A passion for great food and high standards
• Strong organisation and communication skills
• Reliable, hardworking and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Available to start immediately and able to travel to Wigan

Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum

Location: Grand Arcade Shopping Centre, Wigan

Hours: Full-time, working within an 11am-10pm operating window
