Permanent Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Head Chef for a brand-new townhouse restaurant in Oswestry. The role offers a long-term, full-time opportunity with a starting rate of £16 per hour and the chance to shape the kitchen from the ground up.

You will lead a kitchen team, develop menus, manage stock and uphold exceptional hygiene and service standards to help build the restaurant's reputation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Head Chef in a busy kitchen.
• Ability to lead a team and manage a kitchen.
• Experience in menu development and specials.
• Strong knowledge of food hygiene and safety.
