Greene King’s Wheatpieces in Walton Cardiff, near Tewkesbury, is seeking a Head Chef who will own the kitchen, lead from the front and drive the pub’s success.

You’ll build a strong team, maintain high standards, coach colleagues and create great pub dishes that keep customers coming back.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Head Chef, Kitchen Manager or senior Sous Chef ready for next step.
• Experience running a busy kitchen and leading a team through fast-paced service.
• Genuine passion for food and delivering consistently great dishes.
• Confidence to make decisions and own kitchen performance.
• Ability to coach, motivate and get the best out of your team.
• High standards around food safety, hygiene and kitchen compliance.
