Rhug Estate is looking for a head chef to join the team and be part of the newly reopened Café Rhug. We are looking for someone with a real passion and knowledge about good food to implement, manage, and oversee the customer menu. One of the benefits of this role is that it is daytime hours only, apart from the odd evening event throughout the year. Typical hours range between 8am and 5pm, 5 days a week, with weekends rota’d on a fair basis across the team.
To be successful in this role, the candidate must have:
32 days paid holiday per year, company discount, company pension scheme, free on-site parking, annual pay review, and a small friendly workplace.
