Fox & Pelican, part of the Fuller’s family, is seeking a Head Chef who takes pride in fresh, seasonal ingredients and leads a busy kitchen with confidence.

You will set the very highest standards, communicate clearly under pressure, and drive food quality across all services. The role includes induction and training and growth opportunities within Fuller’s pubs and hotels.
