Job summary

Fuller’s is seeking a Head Chef for The Grove Lock pub, Leighton Buzzard. You will lead the kitchen, ensure fresh dishes using seasonal, local ingredients, and maintain the high standards Fuller’s is known for.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to stay calm under pressure in a busy kitchen. We value individuals who can drive quality, mentor junior staff, and deliver outstanding guest experiences in a traditional English pub setting.
