• Experience as a Head Chef or Kitchen Manager in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership skills to motivate kitchen teams.
• Ability to maintain high levels of cleanliness and health & safety.

Located in Grand Central station, you'll find us on the Dining Level with a great open plan restaurant - take a look at the chefs in action! as our Head Chef and take the lead in delivering exceptional dining experiences with a carefully crafted menu. We're seeking a passionate and skilled chef who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can bring creativity and precision to every dish.

• A passion for all things food and a love of cooking
• Ability to work well under pressure
• A natural leader, able to inspire and motivate your team
• A strong understanding of how to run and manage a professional kitchen
• Realising your potential and helping others to achieve theirs
• Pride in achieving the highest levels of cleanliness and health & safety
• Experience of working in a high volume, fast paced professional kitchen environment as a Head Chef or Kitchen Manager is desirable
