A prestigious restaurant is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead its kitchen team in modernising food offerings while maintaining acclaimed classics. Candidates should have solid experience at a minimum 1 AA Rosette level and demonstrate strong leadership and collaboration skills. The Crab & Lobster is a 5* 2 Rosette destination restaurant with 20 luxury rooms situated in North Yorkshire with easy access to the A1, A19 and Thirsk railway station.
We are looking for an experienced Head Chef to work in partnership with our Executive Head Chef, to lead and develop the kitchen team as we move forward with modernising some of food offerings while still keeping our renowned classics. Our focus is on producing exceptional food using high quality fresh ingredients.
Applicants must have experience working in a busy kitchen as Head Chef at a minimum 1 AA Rosette Level.
Strong leadership ability and excellent organisational skills are essential for this position as is the ability to work collaboratively with all departments of our boutique hotel, to deliver a wonderful experience to guests while maintaining high standards in all aspects of kitchen management and menu development.
